Our team consists of experienced vocal, theatrical, and performative educators who lead their own workshops and educational-performative groups aimed at developing artistic expression and social inclusion for various age and social groups.
Piotr Filonowicz
PRESIDENT | PERFORMER | EDUCATOR
A graduate of the Theater Academy and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He co-founded the performance groups Night Line and Destruction FactoryHe is undertaking a long-term writing and acting project called 'Journeys in Form.' He is also a co-creator of the the free improvisation technique. He created and conducts the theater workshops of the Academy of Arts and Culture, as well as the vocal workshopsVoice Spinning MillHe is interested in expanding expression through acting techniques as well as physical and vocal improvisation.
Paweł Olejnik
VICE PRESIDENT | PERFORMER | EDUCATOR
A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and the University of Technology in Łódź. He also studied at the Institut Catholique d'Art et Metier in Toulouse. He co-founded the performance groups Night Line and Destruction Factory. He is interested in physical improvisation and activities on the border of art, science and technology.
Dorota Batorska
PROJECT COORDINATOR | DANCER | EDUCATOR
A graduate of art therapy. She also completed an applied drama course at the DRAMA WAY Foundation for Education and Culture. Member of the SzurSure performative collective. She participated in various international and Polish performance projects, based on movement improvisation, storytelling and social theater. She is interested in the therapeutic and social aspect of the movement.
Tomek Jagusztyn-Krynicki
PERFORMER | EDUCATOR
He collaborates with the Center for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle and the Theater Pedagogues Association. Member of the SzurSure performative collective and the Boys Performative Group. Scholarship holder of the Alternative Dance Academy organized by the Art Stations Foundation. He participates in the Give Back your Weight movement project, exploring partnering techniques. He is interested in various methods of improvisation and building a performance on its basis.
Yuliya Dzichkouskaya
PERFORMER | DANCER | EDUCATOR
Co-founder of the Social Theater Laboratory, member of the Theater Pedagogues Association and the SzurSure performative collective. A graduate of the experimental choreography course at Centrum w Ruchu and a scholarship holder of the Alternative Dance Academy organized by the Art Stations Foundation. She participates in the Give Back your Weight movement project, exploring partnering techniques. She conducts workshops for children and parents Closeness in Movement. Her main interests in the movement are improvisation, partnering and somatic practices.
Aleksandra Kowalczyk
PERFORMER | VOCALIST | EDUCATOR
A graduate of cultural studies at the University of Warsaw and scholarship holder of the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv in the field of Bulgarian folk singing. She founded the vocal improvisation group The Sirens. She collaborated with the magazine on contemporary music "Glissando" and the Węgajty Theater. She conducts Voice Spinning Mill workshops. In her performative and educational activities, she explores the experience of sound and expanding the possibilities of the voice through movement, improvisation and vocal techniques of various musical cultures.
Kadidia Ba
VISUAL ARTIST | PERFORMER | EDUCATOR
A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Faculty of Media Art. She co-founded the Performative Group at Galeria Labirynt in Lublin. She conducts art workshops for teenagers and adults. She works in many artistic disciplines such as painting, sculpture, sound, and experimental arts.
